  • Woodside KLE Project

    PARC Engineering was engaged by Monadelphous & Giovenco (MGJV) to support the KLE project, located in Western Australia’s Pilbara. PARC Engineering supplied Perth and site based technical resources to focus on the delivery and handover the LNG Truck Load Out. This included completion of the E&I work-packs, completion of QA documentation, punch-listing and handover of electrical scopes.

  • BHP Zero Energy

    PARC Engineering was engaged by Laing O’Rourke to implement the Zero Energy works at the Goldsworthy mine site, located in Western Australia’s Pilbara. PARC Engineering provided a team of Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Supervisors to systematically assess mine infrastructure. This included conveyors, train load-out systems, primary crushers, HV/LV workshops, high voltage powerlines, substation and camps. Where de-energisation was required, PARC Engineering had a multidiscipline crew with plant, equipment and tooling to complete the works.

  • RTIO Rail Shut

    Challenge – This was the largest RTIO rail shut in recent years. As it was a dual line outage it left RTIO with no levels of redundancy. This involved working in a restricted area to upgrade parallel networks concurrently.

    Solution – To complete this shut PARC supplied Superintendent, Engineering, Logistics, HSE and Supervision support.

    Results – The shut finished on time, allowing a reduced locomotive cycle time of 90 minutes.

  • Mulla Mulla Camp

    Challenge – PARC was engaged to accelerate the project closeout of BHP’s Southflank camp upgrade and expansion in Mulla Mulla. This included all ITP’s, MDR, Punch Listing, stakeholder walkdowns and custodial transfers

    Solution – To execute this project close-out, PARC supplied mechanical and electrical resources which also helped to manage and complete close out requirements and support the commissioning and hand-over activities.

    Results – The project was completed safely and there were no incidents with the punch-listing, closeout and handover. This allowed for early demobilisation of the client’s key management resources which then meant they could transition to another project while PARC drove project completion.

  • BHP Crusher Install

    Challenge – The project was suffering some schedule pressure to get the crusher commissioned on time.

    Solution – PARC supplied a dedicated electrical team for day and night shift support to accelerate progress.

    Results – Our crews worked effectively and efficiently on day and night shift, which facilitated a timely handover to the operations team.

  • Shutdown Support

    Challenge – Provide experienced supervision and trade resources to assist in the delivery of the maintenance services contract. The maintenance program has peak periods of labour in excess of 700, making resourcing critical to the success of the shutdowns.

    Solution – PARC Engineering is supplying Monadelphous with Supervisors, Skilled and Semi labour to assist with the provision of general maintenance services. This includes Electricians, Mechanical Fitters, Boilermaker/Welders, Painter/Blasters, Advanced Riggers and Trade Assistants.

    Results – Successfully supplying the appropriately trained and experienced labour to supplement the Monadelphous workforce.

  • FMG Tug Facility

    Challenge – Provide experienced supervision and engineering resources to assist in the delivery of the service facilities on the project. These packages included piping services (air, potable water, process water, fire services), with the added challenge of being completed in a marine environment.

    Solution – PARC Engineering supplied technical resources including Engineering and Project Supervision to assist peak manning periods, and drive completion of the works to a high standard.

    Results – Successful integration into the Clients project team with a positive outcome for the project and a happy.

  • Christmas Creek Tails Pipeline

    Challenge – Safely and efficiently decommission the defunct tails line. Visually inspect and perform UT testing on old piping. Pre-spool bypass piping prior to shutdown to minimise risk of schedule slippages. Tie into existing tails pipeline during a plant shutdown and expedite works to shutdown schedule.

    Solution – PARC provided a team of Piping Fitters, a Supervisor and specialised tooling, to carry out the works on site at a moments notice. Our experience team systematically decommissioned the defunct tails line, then reinstated it on the bypass and completed the tie-in’s.

    Results – The scope was successfully completed on time and without incident.

  • New Zealand Prison Project

    Challenge – PARC was engaged to accelerate the project closeout of a greenfields prison development in New Zealand’s North Island. This included all ITP’s, MDR, Punch Listing, stakeholder walk-downs and custodial transfers.

    Solution – To execute this project close-out PARC supplied mechanical resources which supported project close out requirements, commissioning and hand-over activities.

  • Heliwest Development

    Challenge – Provide experienced engineering and project management resources to expedite approvals and the construction of Heliwest’s helipad development. Key stakeholders include Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), Swan River Trust, Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions, South West Land Council and the City of Perth.

    There have been requests for a permanent helipad location within the central city over the last decade. Helicopters have used various temporary sites since the 1960s.

    Solution – Provide expertise to minimise the contract cost to Heliwest Group through reductions in the project duration and subcontractor costs, whilst also maintaining the highest confidence in health, safety, quality and environmental management.
